- Cancellation of Subscription Services
Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their Account settings or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and users will continue to have access to the Services until that time. Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions and ensuring timely cancellation if they do not wish to continue.
- Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments for Subscription Services are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for partially used Subscription periods, missed sessions, or unused Content. Trial periods, promotional subscriptions, or discounted offers, if any, may have separate terms, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Automatic Renewal
Subscription Services are billed on a recurring basis according to the selected plan. Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled prior to renewal. Users may disable automatic renewal via their Account, if possible, or by contacting us.
- Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
Users should contact us directly regarding any billing disputes according to our Complaints Reporting Procedure. Initiating a chargeback without prior communication may result in suspension or termination of the User’s Account.

This policy is intended to comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection requirements in jurisdictions where Users are located. Where mandatory local laws provide additional rights, those rights will apply.
